COST: $225 for up to 12 children. Extra children will be $10 each

YOUR PARTY WILL INCLUDE:
• One private 1hr 15min of gym time with 2 coaches and 30 minutes of celebration time in our Party Room.
• Cupcakes (chocolate and vanilla) and juice boxes.
• The party room will be decorated, and the tables will be set up with tablecloth, plates, utensils, and napkins.
NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS:
Your party fee includes costs for up to 12 children, additional children will be at a cost of $10 each. Payment for the minimum number of children is due at the time of booking. The party coordinator will be in contact one week before the party to confirm the number of attendees. Payment for additional children will be due the Monday prior to the party.

HOW PARTIES at SMITHERS SALTOS WORK:
FIRST 1hr 15min in the Gym
• Coaches will lead the children and adults: warm up activities, circuits, games, free time and cool down.
• No socks, hats or choking hazards while using the equipment.
• Bouncy castle will be set up.
FINAL 30 MINUTES in the Party Room
• Enjoy cupcakes and juice boxes that Saltos provides.
• You are welcome to bring additional snacks for the party.
• Time to receive and open presents.
PLEASE NOTE:
• CONSENT FORMS REQUIRED: All participants will need to have completed the Consent Form prior to any participation in the program. Adults wishing to use any of the equipment will also need to complete the Consent Form. Consent will be available at the facility when participants arrive.
• ARRIVE ON TIME: Party start and end times will be strictly enforced. Please arrange to arrive at the facility on time to ensure maximum value and fun!
• STAFF WILL SET UP THE PARTY ROOM
• PAYMENT REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING. No exceptions.
• CANCELLATIONS: 2 weeks notice by email: info@northernedgesport.ca. Cancellation fee of $30 will be applied and an account credit will be provided.
